Without a doubt, Halloween is my favorite holiday of the year, and as we can see here, our heroes are quite fond of it as well.

EDIT: It's been two years now, so I'll go ahead and spill the beans. Phil is Red, from the first-gen Pokemon games. George is Inspector Zenigata, from "Lupin the Third". And Liz is Cady Heron from "Mean Girls", though she's in Cady's "Ex-Wife" Halloween costume from the movie.
