The theme this year is Tim Burton characters, with Liz, George, and Phil as Sally, Edward, and Betelgeuse from The Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, and Beetlejuice, respectively:


(Yes, I know Burton didn't direct Nightmare Before Christmas, but he's still credited as the one who created the concept)
